Hotel Policies

Please take note of the following special operational procedures at The Beach Club Resort:

  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Early can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the Front Desk.

  • Check-out time is 11:00 am.

  • For accommodations reserved during the peak season, which spans from Canada Day to Labour Day inclusive, the cancellation policy requires notification 14 days prior to the arrival date.

    During the off-season, the cancellation policy is set at 72 hours prior to the arrival date.

    If a cancellation occurs after the specified cancellation time:

    • If a one-night deposit was paid at the time of booking, it will not be refunded.

    • If no deposit was taken, a one-night room charge plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • To avoid incurring early check-out fees, it is recommended to modify your reservation before your arrival. If you decide to depart early, a one-night room charge, along with applicable taxes, will occur.

  • Yes, but late check-outs are subject to availability and you must arrange a late checkout before your check-out date. There are also costs associated with late check-outs:

    • Check-out at 1:00 pm: Cost is $45.00 plus 15% applicable room taxes.

    • Check-out at 3:00 pm: Cost is $90.00 plus 15% applicable room taxes.

    • Check-out between 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm: 1/2 the nightly room rental plus 15% applicable room taxes.

    • Check-out after 6:00 pm: Full nightly room rental plus 15% applicable room taxes.

    late checkout may not be available during June – September due to high occupancy levels

  • During your stay, a daily light refresh will be provided including beds made, bath towels refreshed, and waste bins emptied.

  • Yes. The Beach Club Resort charges a minimum deposit of one nights’ accommodation, unless otherwise specifically stated. When booking a resort package a larger deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the type of package.

  • Yes, we require a valid credit card and matching ID at the time of check-in. All credit cards will be authorized for the full amount of stay plus incidentals. If you require special billing arrangements then please contact the Front Desk directly prior to your arrival. All third-party credit cards require a credit card authorization form along with a matching ID and a copy of the credit card at least 72 hours prior to arrival. We are unable to check guests in without a valid credit card and matching ID.

  • Yes. We have complimentary underground parking for vehicles 6’6” and under on a first come, first served basis. For oversized vehicles please see the front desk.

  • No. The Beach Club Resort is a 100% non-smoking environment. This includes guest rooms and common areas.

  • Unfortunately the Beach Club Resort does not allow pets. Please contact the Front Desk if you need information on local kennels for your pet.

  • Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest room accommodations and meeting room facilities.

  • No, unfortunately the Beach Club Resort does not provide cots.

  • Yes. The Beach Club Resort does have playpens available. But, please request at the time of reservation as there are a limited number available. There is no cost for a playpen.

  • No. Barbeques are not permitted at The Beach Club Resort.

 

Stay® | Well

  • HSEF is the Hotel Services and Environmental Fee and is part of Bellstar’s Stay® | Well program. We hope to inspire guests to become active and truly experience our destinations and at the same time give back to the environment by offering a wide variety of activities and services, including unlimited access to the paperless newsstand, PressReader, outdoor activity programming, and a variety of seasonal gear to enable all guests to get out and enjoy the area. Included in this fee is a contribution to Bellstar’s Stay® | Green program, which supports local eco-friendly initiatives. For more information, please visit bellstar.ca/green.

  • Stay® | Well is an expanded version of Stay® | Green which still supports local eco-friendly initiatives. For more information please direct the guest to www.bellstar.ca/green

  • There were amenities that many of our guests consistently requested to enhance their stay with us. We are pleased to now be able to provide all our guests with many of these upgrades and services for a nominal fee.

  • Yes. This is a standard fee, guests are welcome to use all or none of the items included but the fee remains the same.

  • Program information, activity lists, and PressReader access are provided upon guest check-in.
